About Vicki
Founder of SOAR Art Therapy

Hi, I'm Vicki.
I am a qualified Art Psychotherapist in England and Australia. I have worked in both countries across a range of different services, with clients of all ages. I am passionate about Art Therapy and specialise in trauma informed Art Psychotherapy. This involves helping and educating clients on how to regulate their nervous system with art making, in a safe therapeutic relationship. This is particularly effective for clients with ptsd and select mutism (anxiety disorders).
I founded SOAR Art Therapy with the knowledge on how art making can re-integrate trauma, regulate the nervous system and re-program the brain through neuroplasticity. This can empower clients to reach their therapeutic goals in a creative and gentle way. My aim is to provide the highest quality service to all clients to help them reach their wellbeing goals.
If you have any questions please get in contact. I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you.
