ABOUT SOAR ART THERAPY

 

Soar Art Therapy is a Melbourne based mental health service offering in person and online art therapy and play therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. We provide trauma-informed, neuroaffirming support using evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), creative expression, and sensory regulation techniques.

Founded by Vicki Soar, a registered Art Psychotherapist with ANZACATA and clinical member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).
